MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS
Bryan Stevens
Retired Paramedic with 32 years of service. My last 22 years of Service I worked on the helicopter based out of London, Ontario. During my career as a CCPF I also travelled the province working in the education department certifying Flight Paramedics. During my career I also was an instructor in the Paramedic Program at Conestoga College. As a former Paramedic and a Personal Trainer (CPTN) I have a passion for teaching future Paramedics proper Body Mechanics and Lifting Techniques, to provide them with the tools to lift effectively, safely, and give them the best chance of being successful with the lift tests.

Paul French

With nearly 20 years experience as a fitness coach primarily focusing on first responders, I have learned everything it takes to pass the physical requirements, especially as a paramedic or a police officer. Holding numerous certifications as a personal trainer, rehab specialist, as well as teaching the PCBM (Patient Care and Body Mechanics) at Oxford College, I’m confident I can help anyone achieve the required fitness abilities for their respective careers. With my partnership with Bryan, we have successfully helped hundreds of individuals pass their lift test, whether at the college level or for the service.
